you're getting older but you still act like a child

he's already marriage for 22 years and have three children.....
but he act like a child.....
he's so childish....
even his third child are more mature than him.....
day by day ......he just getting older but his mind still stuck at 3 year old......
he has no responsibility at all to his marriage life....to his children and to his family......
and sometimes I hate him so.........
